Believe all sanctioned OPCs do this if you buy your winter set from them
Newcastle OPC don't store them for customers any more due to lack of storage space. They returned mine which is fine as I spent a day cleaning them up and will have fitted at a local garage when the time comes.

Unless tyre manufacturers launch a tyre that meets the new requirements then storage space will be at an increasing premium. Either that or more and more drivers will risk summers all year.

I think the reality in the UK is that most people still don't even know winter tyres exist! People who run winter tyres will tend to do so regardless of whether or not the dealer will store them when not in use. The latter is just a nice convenience. Some tyre specialists offer storage too, often free. But I'd rather use my own garage. Even our OPC managed to damage a couple of front rims in storage recently, which they put right as they should.
