Porsche dealers have come out well here, probably would have been even better if their charges were more acceptable. Lexus comes out top as usually so do their cars from a quality reliability perspective. If they handled better and dropped that horrendous Lexus front Face I maybe tempted to return ( had 4 RX with not so much as a squeak)

Yes Porsche dealers only network of a German Manufacturer in top 10. Merc even in bottom section and hence confirms BMW and Audi as no longer a premium experience as they were 20 years ago.
In any industry a premium experience must cost more to deliver and be worth paying for and I suppose there is the question how much more.
Having said that when I complained my OPC not reopening at first opportunity post lockdown when I needed my summer wheel set reinstated on the Macan was not what I expected of an expensive premium service, i di get the wheel swop for free rather than the £100 expected. they did say all future charges were currently under review so no doubt they claw it back!!
