Another good year for Porsche.

Total sales up 6% to 237,778.

The most successful year in Porsche's history.

Profit margin up to 17.4% for one of the world's most profitable car makers.

Employees up by 13% to 27,612.

2.2 billion Euros spent on R&D.

Again the Macan was the top seller, followed again by the Cayenne.

About 40% of new Porsches delivered were Macans, with nearly 30% being Cayennes.

That leaves about 30% of new deliveries being Panameras, Caymans, Boxsters and 911s.

With 95,111.2 Macans delivered it doesn't bode well for residuals, especially for whoever got the 0.2 Wink

Europe 78,975

Hmmmmm perhaps I should have kept my Mazda CX3? A bit more exclusive with only 52,000 sold in Europe

Or even a Citroen Cactus with only 72,000 sold.

Perhaps Porsche is moving into Ford territory?
2017 - Macan GTS ~ now sold
2007 - 997.1 Turbo (Manual)
2021 - GR Yaris

Interesting numbers. I wonder if UK is the biggest European market.

I'm guessing that Germany may be the biggest European market, with maybe the UK second...

Common as muck! I saw 5 Macans this morning while driving from Bromley to Charlton in SE London, about 6 miles.
