I guess some of the results must be down to customer expectations? I
mean, if the doors open and close, and the engine starts after 10,000
miles on a Lincoln then you're probably one happy customer, whereas if
the wipers squeak on a Porsche.... Shocked

This gives a more comprehensive picture but is a long way from explaining how Lincoln or Audi or Lexus scored more than Oorsche. From what can see Porsche appear to more consistently higher across most categories.

And yes, it's simply down to individual perception and experience so a relative overview of the customer experience.
