It is an interesting proposition which is certainly more in tune with the American psyche of rent everything than our own.

I know that I certainly would not subscribe at £2k a month just to drive a car in the Porsche range.

We have something similar in the fantasyfleetclub.co.uk

P1 International also has been around for a while.

Shared ownership for those who have a car in the garage Monday to Friday could be a more successful proposition.

Like Radio Rentals in the 80s, this is a way for people to have expensive things when they can't really afford them.
Similar to PCP now, and HP before.

People want stuff they can't afford but can work fixed payments into their budgets.

Other companies are thinking about this. Volvo announced theirs recently.

I wouldn't be at all surprised if this sort of thing replaces PCP deals, especially for company car fleets.
Car mags will be quoting the "passport price" in reviews instead of the monthly payments+GFW as they do now.
Used to have 2016 Macan Turbo PHCKCL70
Previously a 2014 Macan Turbo.
Now a 2021 Tesla Model 3 LR
