When can I buy one ? Definitely a call to the dealer tomorrow.
So when is this ‘old enough to know better’ supposed to kick in ?

I think it’s a bit of a niche product that won’t sell in anything like the numbers of the mainstream Cayenne and Macan SUVs. Similarly to how tiny numbers of X6s and X4s are sold in comparison to X5s and X3s.

Ido like the Coupe look.
I did test drive an X4 before buying a Macan, not because I was going to buy one but it had the 35D engine that I rave about.
I think that I have only seen one X6 in the last couple of months so would agree a Coupe SUV is very niche motor but one thing probably in their favour is the back end would be less of a dirt magnet

New details and pictures are out now - it's to be in the shrooms from May this year: https://www.autoexpress.co.uk/porsche/c ... m-may-2019
Not sure if it’s niche or not. Looking carefully at the roofline it appears to have been very cleverly disguised to maintain headroom and interior space whilst suggesting the sleek coupe lines.Wing Commander wrote: ↑Thu Mar 21, 2019 11:02 pmI think it’s a bit of a niche product that won’t sell in anything like the numbers of the mainstream Cayenne and Macan SUVs. Neither is it as immense a beast as the X6. Whilst there aren’t too many X6 customers to woo I think there will be a whole gang of regular or potential Cayenne people - as we are witnessing here - that are more than a little impressed.
It certainly is a looker! And I wonder if there’ll be a Macan version.?

Nice but will not be ordering as it is to long for my garage.
