Heidi led us on a very, very mucky cross-country route yesterday. Volcano Grey doesn't hide it at all. To save me some work I'm hoping storm Barbara will do her best with excess through this afternoon. But it's still looking like a Karcher Christmas Eve.
I suggested to my wife today that my car would benefit from a Christmas Eve wash prior to the trip to the family on Christmas day. She exclaimed in horror .... "you've already washed that car once since you had it!" .... I picked it up in early October. She doesn't understand and certainly doesn't appreciate snow foam and the two bucket method!

I have mud flaps fitted and would say they help a lot but was more trying to save stone rash which I think they have.
Maybe not so pretty but you cant have always.
+1 for the mudflaps - certainly protect and help with keeping the sills/door bottoms cleaner. Personally reckon they add to the looks as well !!
Cost approx £45 and simple to fit using existing wheel arch screws - no need to even take wheels off. Could just use for winter if want.
Looking nice and shiny Caster!
