I think I probably need to take it on a long motorway run at some point to give it some varied motoring.
The suns coming next week, Arif, so time to hit The Trough.

+1. No Garage Queens here please! ;)
Thanks Guys, although I'm sticking to dry conditions for the moment as it is a bit of a beast with 500hp all going to the rear wheels. The interesting thing is that it feels faster than my last GTS even though on paper it's only 0.2 secs quicker, although Porsche is one of those manufacturers that under estimates how quick their cars are and people have found the cars to have faster 0-60 times than those quoted by Porsche. They also underestimate the number of ponies under the bonnet so in effect the car could be producing more than 500hp!
I know what you mean Arif. 510hp to the rear wheels of the QF on Pirelli P Zero Corsa tyres can be quite a handful. You can spin the wheels in 3rd and 4th gear if you’re not careful, so need to be gentle on the throttle at times.

MacanArif wrote: Thu Apr 05, 2018 7:18 pm Anyone else with a rear view camera on their 911? I've got it on mine, as the GT3 has no parking aids whatsoever so thought it would be a good idea to spec the rear camera which was available on the options list. The point I wanted to make was that I think the image is stunning, not the usual fuzzy picture you get from these things - am wondering whether they've put new cameras on the latest 911s?
Good to hear - was probably the only “extra” that I was hesitant about. Thanks.
Yes pleasantly surprised, looking forward to seeing your C4.

Hawkeye, hope you are enjoying the QF, I agree, these cars need to be handled with a bit of care particularly in the wet.
