Picked her up late yesterday afternoon. Just in time for the rain, the temperatures to plummet and the gritters to put to salt all over the roads. Done a 100 mile or so and she is now filthy. I thought black was hard to keep clean
Had a slight issue on collection. I’d been advised I could take Porsche’s very own drive away 5 day insurance so I went to collect expecting the car to be covered. However on hand over I was told as the car was over their limit of £75k and I could only have it if I took their tracker service. I remember what happened the last time I took their tracker so declined and had to furiously ring around and go on google to obtain quotes (something I was planning to do during my 5 days grace, whilst taking my time). Anyway NFU, who are my current insurer, offered me a £40 rebate and no administrations fees to change the policy over. Result!
What a car to drive. Honestly not just saying this. I’m taking it easy whilst I run her in, but you can feel the willingness and the desire to just let rip. Oh yeah, and the pcm works and haven’t had one error message......yet.
Attached are some “dirty” pictures. I’ll tske more when I can get her clean. I’ll have to act quick as I’ve been advised I cannot drive for 6 weeks after my hip replacement so anyone need a lift
