I don’t think that Paint to Sample is available here in the UK on the Macan currently.

I quite like that colour

What made me stare at the pictures a bit longer was the mix of facelift rear lights with pre-facelift front end and wheels.

Now you state it... It looks weird. It must have cost more to get Xenon headlights retrofitted?

I suspect this is a pre-facelift car with the facelift rear hatch and lights retrofitted
