Hi all,new GTS due soon.l know these need 98 octane or above, but I live in the sticks about 15/20 miles from Tesco/V power. Got BP on my doorstep, would their premium fuel 97 be ok? anyone else using this?

A few threads on this

I used almost exclusively Esso (97 from memory) in my GTS for three and a half years / 35000 miles with no ill effects.

That is the one fuel of Bp, shell v, Esso supreme plus and Momentum 99 I have not tried. but if you have a nearby Esso garage and live in the South (see these forum past threads for reasons) Synergy Plus may be worth a trial and although nationally quoted at 97 in the south is 99.

My own experience is to prefer Esso Synergy Plus to Shell V

Yes, BP Ultimate will be fine in your GTS. Enjoy your car when you get it!
