Headlight adjustment on base model halogen units

Hi All, my 2015 diesel S has the base model halogen lights and the dipped beam is a bit low, can the height of the beam be adjusted manually on the headlight itself as I've found nothing in the manual apart from take it to Porsche.

also has anyone fitted LED or HID H7 and H15 units to improve the light output and get shot of the yellow tinge ?

Do a search on my tread. Basically you can upgrade the H7 with a good quality LED and get no issues. The H15 FORGET IT. I must have spent £800 trying almost every H15 LED on the market and none of them work well in the Porsche.
