Hi
My Macan s with 5900 miles has also requested a oil change, bought in October 2019.
Had a quote from Leeds OPC and Yes £420 . I think this is very expensive ? What is the most nobody has been quoted for a oil change on a Macan S ?

My 2020 Macan S had its first oil change done by OPC Portsmouth in January, and the cost was £330 incl VAT, so I think £420 is too expensive!!

+1 for Portsmouth. They did my 4 year major service a few weks ago for £641, whereas Reading and Brooklands quoted far more. Very slick and easy drop off and collection along with a Macan courtesy car for the day. Very impressed and will use them from now on.

Had, for my April 2019 Macan S, my first oil change plus 2-year service inc brake fluid change done today by Portsmouth OPC at 14000 miles, car showing 5300 still left for a due oil change. Bearing in mind the discussion in this thread, I was interested to see what oil was used. Bill shows ow20 Mobile one oil used but top-up litre left in car 0w30 C30 (in line with the sticker still left in the engine department.

The other thing I noticed is MFD service info screen now shows 10,050 miles to the next oil service, not the 20k shown when the vehicle new not that in practice I mind preferring the more frequent change

Once you've driven a few long(ish) trips you'll almost certainly find that the mileage will move out to a lot closer to 20K to the next change.

Yes could do but I forgot to add it shows a date in a year's time not two years like it did when new

About a month on from service, car has typically done 40 miles trips about twice a week. Until today, the mileage to the next oil change shown as 10,*** or 3/22. Today mileage to the next oil change jumped to17000 but date still shown as 3/22.

Happy with annual oil change late March at same time summer wheelset refitted, and if post lockdown I manage my more usual 12K to 14K annual mileage happier I won't have to take Macan in after 9 to 10 months

Further update; did 1st long run /trip post lockdown today of 225 miles. mileage to oil change risen to 18500 and date moved by a year to 3/2023. so why are some OPC's talking about yearly oil changes for Gen 2 petrol Macans with PPF's

Oil change today for my SD at 55,000 miles. The service message indicates another is due in 10,600 or two years. The first ever oil change was at 20,000. The next was flagged at about low 30s. This one was overdue by a couple of 000’s. The car has just turned four years.
