No, I did wonder about this, as other manufacturers have claims against them [including VW] is it legit?

I have been involved in a claim against Skoda now for about 2 years, keep getting updates from the solicitors each time it goes to court, Skoda keep using delaying tactics, but suspect they will lose in the end. Slater Gordon are handling my claim, they took it over from another company so it was a united front against Skoda.

All sounds a bit USA to me ? Ultimately new car buyers will inevitably pay for any successful claims ?
