Good evening all ... my headlamp washers are not working ..they don’t pop up or spray , no sound of pump operating when I press the button either .I can’t find any sign of a fuse in the handbook ... anyone had similar issues ?

Headlamp wash fuse
I am not 100% sure but I seem to recall some models (ie those with LED headlights maybe?) don’t actually have headlight wash/spray. I think the cover is just a ‘phoney’ to give different models the same ‘look’? Might be completely ‘shot-down’ but seem to recall reading it somewhere...........

Obvious question maybe, but is the washer fluid topped up? When the level drops below a given point I believe the headlamp washers won't operate in order to conserve fluid for the screen washers.

That is odd, as I have led headlights (PDLS Plus) and I'm embarrassed to admit I'd never found that button. But I do have it, and with engine running and headlights on the headlight washers work. They didn't with the light switch in 'auto'

I have the PDLS Plus lights , I have the switch on the stalk ,washer bottle is full to the brim , it’s just been in for a service at brooklands and they said they aren’t working , but wanted over £200 to take a look ( I think removing front bumper ) so I thought I’d investigate it myself first ... with the help of you lovely guys

If the fuses are OK, then try operating the system on the drive first and see if any water appears under the car. Maybe have someone listening to hear if either the pump or nozzle raise mechanism is 'trying' to work.
There's lots about the system in the service manual, if you have a copy.
