This may sound like a really stupid request but does know how hot the two side radiators get, temp wise????

Do you mean the intercoolers? These won't "get" hot, as in deliberately, they'll only get warm from the residual heat from the engine bay. These will only have air going through the internals of them.

Whats your concern?

The purpose of the intercoolers is to cool the charge air from the turbochargers. They are "air to air" intercoolers and as Rarecolour has said above they only have air going through the internals.

The turbochargers compress the air being fed to the engine and the act of compressing air heats it up. By passing that air through an intercooler it is partially cooled which increases its density. I have no idea of the actual air temperatures involved. In any event, unless you drove your car on maximum power for an extended period (not advisable on public roads :D ) then braked to a standstill and checked them any temperature you measure will be well below maximum.
