The rattle from my exhaust has been diagnosed as the flexi pipes.
Apparently there is a service bulletin out to change these for the upgraded part if client notices any noise, so anyone with a slight rattling exhaust contact your OPC.
During change the catalyser bolts sheared so my car is still in the OPC as new catalytic converters have to be ordered and fitted and these have to come from Germany.
I have a nice silver 2.0 Macan for the time being, but a huge difference to the GTS.

They were always a bit of a pain on my Alfas, it's very hard to find anything flexible that will last when that hot and bending.

I did a 250 run in the car.
MPG around town seemed no better than my GTS at 22-24 however once out on the open road I was seeing 32, whereas the GTS is around 26-28.
Engine is a bit harsh and rough sounding at lower revs, but once on the move I was surprised by the smoothness and the performance.
It's not up in the GTS league, but for daily driving quite impressive.
However the sound is sooo disappointing.
I liked the new dash screen, but the sat nav was useless and despite reading the manuals whilst waiting for an appointment, I couldn't see how you can delete previous destinations.
8/10 for a car with 2/3rds of an engine👍

And also a "Gen 2" S or GTS on open road is often in region 28 to 30mpg but without a Gen 1 GTS engine sound.
