Able to access Configurator on my mobile but only get pictures of models on my Samsung tablet and no selection options. Even on my phone can't find the Pano roof option. Any help appreciated.

With major changes imminent I would just wait until Tuesday whatever the hour is. the Macan configurator is of little value until then.

The reason you are having problems accessing is probably due to Porsche currently working on updating system.

Are you having any probs as strange that virtually OK on my phone but not on tablet?

No issues apart from lack of any options re seats etc . Accessed via Chrome internet browser on PC

OK. Thanks. Had the same problem some weeks ago when trying to spec a 911. I'll try again when the configurator updates with new Macan but not confident that it will fix the issue. Thanks again.

configurator works fine as is on every device I have (PC, Ipad, iPhone etc) so I suspect its an OS issue on your tablet. Not all tablets are created equal. May also be a security setting on your tablet.

As others have said though, if its specifically the macan configurator you are interested in (and I assume as this is the Macan forum, that is the case) then its no use at the moment anyway. I used it to spec mine and place an order but the dealership have said that they can only actually order the facelift model and that's currently not available and that I will need to re-spec it when the new configurator is on line. So my deposit is effectively just a place in the queue. I suspect in reality my deposit is just a bit more money in the bank for Porsche and avails me of no benefit whatsoever.
