I have seen another post about their air con not working on the passenger side and when I check mine (2015 SD) I have similar issues although on mine even the driver's side is poor and not cooling well at all. The passenger side is even worse, no cooling whatsoever. I had the system recharged (ATS Euromaster, Dundee) in June of this year and it worked fine after that, June and July. Our two Japanese cars have air cons that work tirelessly and effectively. I would welcome any suggestions.

An obvious guess would be a dodgy seal somewhere in the system, locating and fixing it is a whole different question though! Sounds like one for an independent aircon specialist to me.

Thanks Neil. ATS are going to re-check the pressure situation but then, assuming there is a leak, then it's down to either my Porsche dealer or perhaps an air con specialist.

I had similar issue with my Navara. Turned out to be a leaky radiator which had to be replaced, I suspect due to stone damage.

I posted about it not working on the passenger side. Porsche Edinburgh regassed it and checked for leaks and it works as it should now.

I have extended warranty on my car and was slightly surprised they didn't charge at all for the repair.

I also had the rattle in the drivers door fixed and a loose drivers door mirror, all foc

Thanks for all replies. Edinburgh Porsche is my place of choice and I have had good service from them Madelvic. I do not have an extended warranty and my car has only done about 45000 miles. I will see what ATS say next week.
