Good afternoon all
Does anyone use a smart battery charger to “ top up the charge when leaving their Macan for over a week unused and/or during winter months.
RR advised to do this regularly with my Evoque as there is continuous power usage when parked not to mention the dreaded stop start impact on battery life.
My petrol S is 2015 so I’m willing to bet it’s on it’s second battery at the very least

Me too, if I’m away for extended periods I leave it garaged and on an optimate, for my last 911 I did the same and never changed the battery in the near 5 years I owned it.

Not on my Macan, but I use a CTEK charger on my GR-Yaris.

No, I’ve never had the need to use a trickle charger on my Macan, even when leaving it unused for over a week.

Nor have I and the car's left outside sometimes unused for 2 weeks. Still on its original battery (almost 6 years old).
