Think I might have seen a previous thread on this, but unclear what the solution is. Just been to fill up and the fuel flap would not open

There is quite a clear noise coming from the latching mechanism. After much locking and unlocking the car it eventually opened, so I have sprayed some WD40 into the latch.

Anyone else had this problem and I wondered if it is a common problem? I read somewhere that there is an emergency release in the boot somewhere?

Car is a 2022 GTS

Thanks,

Andy

Was that as a result of the rear washer freezing and flooding the car? :D
