rear camera

My Macan 2021 rear camera picks up the number plate when reversing.
I pointed this out at a recent Porsche service and was told the camera was working correctly.
Has any one had this issue? If so how was it resolved?

There is/are thread(s) on this with pictures. I think it being visible is normal, but not to the exclusion of what NEEDS to be seen.

Could you take a photo of the screen when in reverse to show us what you mean?

Number plate in view is normal. Can't see how it couldn't be if your're to see both the car and surroundings ;)
