Did consumtion increase after update.?

I have kept accurate records of fuel consumption since new (two years ago). My car was updated in February and the fuel consumption did not get any worse.

Over the two years, my fuel consumption has improved by about 2mpg.

Update was done around March - forget the exact date. Over the past 12 months consumption has varied between roughly 30-33mpg varying according to my journey profiles etc and with a long-term true mean of 32mpg (indicated was typically 34-35mpg). But there's no obvious difference pre- and post-update.

My Macan is due to have its DME software update in next couple of weeks. Will not be happy if Mpg, performance or ad blue consumption is affected. So far after 2 years and 13,500 miles I have never noticed any dpf regen occurring.
