So i am in the unfortunate position of requiring a substitute vehicle from Porsche Assist whilst my poorly Macan is fixed. Has anyone had a replacement vehicle from Porsche Assist and what was you given ?

Not had one touch wood. Is this still down to your DPF issues? Any closer to working out if something is faulty?

Yeah DPF again, i have covered approx 1500 miles in 7 weeks from new and given the car a good motorway journey once a week. I am using BP standard diesel, so really am at a loss why it is happening. So far love the car but disappointed that this is happening and has kind of soured my experience of owning my first Porsche. Should i demand a replacement Porsche as they are saying Porsche Assist will most likely provide me with a BMW or similar ?

I would be cheesed off too. I only did 2000 miles in my first 7 months and thankfully have not had any issues. I only ever put Shell V-Power Nitro+ Diesel in mine, but no idea if that makes a difference to this particular issue. When I worked for Bentley, an A6 was the replacement car stipulated by the manufacturer, so not sure there is any requirement other than goodwill for them to provide a Porsche.

When mine had to go in with a faulty Adblu sensor they delivered me a Merc C class from Enterprise. Found it a hateful thing.

I used them last week and did not get a car (I did not need one) but was told they provide a car from the "premium' range from Enterprise.
