Sometimes after I've had the roof fully open it won't close. It gets close to the wind deflector and seems to think it is an object in the way and re-opens again.

The only way to close it is to hold the deflector down with my fingers then play a game of Russian roulette where I have to leave my fingers in there as long as possible so that it will close.

Anyone else experienced this?

I had this yesterday. I just pushed the button up (or down can't remember now) and it resolved it perfectly. If I just tried to close it kept going to close and then re open itself like something was stuck in its way.

The only difference was I opened the windows / sunroof while unlocking the car with the key.
Not sure if you did same which may cause this different behaviour.

But there is no fault and works fine again. Odd...
