So my S petrol needs to be returned to the OPC for a new dash cluster only 4 weeks after taking delivery, this on top of having a nightmare 4mnths with S diesel which i eventually got a full refund for.

My OPC has a very nice 911 Targa 4 GTS demonstrator, do you think it would be cheeky to request this whilst my vehicle is in for repair ?

There is no harm in asking! And I doubt if they sell many Targas and convertibles in the winter months! ;)

j5kol after what you've experienced I would think you would be justified in asking for pretty much anything!

What happened to your dash?

Nothing to lose by asking for demonstrator.

I didn't notice until a few days after delivery that the adjuster for changing the dash illumination has snapped off

Ask! There are only two answers - but given the circumstances...
VG Petrol S http://www.porsche-code.com/PHIVCQU7           And a GT3 RS... by Lego! Not crash-tested! 😀

Sorry to hear you have had problems.... Sounds like a very unusual issue..

Could be dangerous having a 911 Targa for a demo ,might finish up being a costly exercise, there’s been a few Macan owners moving up to 911 ownership.
OPC tried to temp myself by inviting me to have a 911 on loan for a few days ,as I’m not in the market for changing my 12 month old GTS just yet there was no point,we’ll see what turns up next year.

They are legalised 'drug dealers' who know how to get their customers hooked on their products! Am sure that some of us are now life long 'addicts' ;)
