I am going to force myself to read the manual when my new one arrives. Have never bothered before and think, as a consequence, I miss out on some of the cool things available to me!

My dad owned his last BMW for 3 years and bought a Tom Tom sat nav because the in car Nav was rubbish. For the whole ownership period, he had the map zoomed out at 100 miles and didn’t realise you could zoom in to see where you were on particular roads etc!

I know some will think this sad, but I've been reading the online manual in preparation! :geek:

I haven't gone that far yet but think I will be doing much the same in the evenings whilst away skiing as the car will be ready for collection on my return. Double :geek:

Good luck with that one... I find manuals so tedious to read these days, they're full to bursting with health and safety disclaimers that reading them is such a nightmare! I'll bet 50p that you give up!

I'm on page 278..............but don't think I'll pass an exam at the end, if I make it that far!

Lots of it is the same or similar to the Macan, so some bits can be skipped over. I have learnt a few bits along the way though. I wonder how many 911 owners never find the opening door pocket?
