Washing yesterday and noticed some discolouration on a front wheel. Also the edge is a bit rough but with no sign of being kerbed. Any ideas?

I guess you have only used non-acidic wheel cleaner? Failing that dog or cat pee or fuel spillage. A detailer should be able to sort it. Our detailer 'recovered' this mini wheel!!!

Yep, I only use Gtechniq. Cat or dog is possibly a strong contender. 😡. A re-coating is due but will have wait a month or so.

That looks like a possible 'repaired ding prior to delivery', starting to show up in the laquer coat?

That's an interesting theory as I found marks on the lower front wing on handover that had been missed during PDC. Coincidence?

Other than take it in, show them and say you haven't had it repaired; please explain? I would guess not?.

If you do go in ask why they have used silver weights on a black rim please don’t take offence but that looks pants, I have black rims on my GTS due next month and they better not deliver with those showing or someone will be getting the black paint out prior to delivery.

Those silver weights are on a mini Cjm360.

No doubt your GTS wheels will have black weights.

Not all tyre fitters have black weights so it's worth checking when getting tyres fitted or wheels rebalanced.
