You might try Ceriglass, made by Carpro which is available from many detailing retailers. It is an abrasive glass compound and can be used by hand or on a polishing machine with the dedicated applicators/pads.
I have used it and it will remove minor marks but it does take a while and so a bottle/sprayer to mist with water will keep the compound and pad from drying out. There are many videos on YouTube. Hope that helps.
Alternatively £100 excess and a replacement windscreen and all that entails.....
