SAT NAV Map - Just Update It! Already

Not the most successful trip to the PC, what with the not-front wheel alignment and now the department are saying my sat nav 2016 is the most up-to-date version of map, even though my PCM is saying the 2018 map version is available.

For goodness sake, can't they just get their bl**dy act together?

There were 2 other updates outstanding on my car which they are doing. Nothing serious I think, just something to update when it is in,

Almost a waste of time taking it in.

After I insisted they "re-check", the map update has been found and has been installed.

Some success after all.

(But how frustrating that YOU had to tell THEM that the update existed, and that you had to work hard to get them to re-check
