Have to agree the service costs are pretty high.
But this is certainly not just porsche and as VanB says other cars are not that far behind.

I think the service costs across all make models are well overpriced considering what they have to do.
But like most I will get my cars done at OPC.
Drink thier coffee and eat thier biscuits and get a decent loaner 😎

Shame porsche don’t do a fixed cost service schedule like Audi / Mini and some others.

Official Porsche service costs and Info below for the Macan.

If given the choice I would rather supply my own Mobil 1 oil as I am not convinced that my OPC used Mobil 1 when my last Macan was serviced. The service invoice just said “bulk oil”.

I'm supplying my own Mobil 1. £158 from dealer or £63 bought myself. Tough decision, not!!

I haven't ever cracked an alloy and won't :) haven't even so much as kerbed a wheel in over 30 years of driving.
Nothing like tempting fate!! :P

When you pay for a service from a prestige manufacturer these days your just not paying for the oil and other parts but the upkeep of some very expensive facilities. The new premises in Belfast must have cost a pretty penny and someone's got to pay for it.

Indeed, Rab. The building of an OPC is a significant multi-million investment, not to mention the salary bill for the army of staff that populate the average Porsche Centre. We feel good getting a Porsche sports car as a loaner, but we are paying for it, through servicing costs & the profit made on sales, insurances, finance and Porsche-branded goods etc.

£656 OPC west London, 2 year service and brake fluid booked in for later this month

But the fixed price servicing price is much cheaper than that on your website - says me

That's the 'from price' sir - says she

I didn't bother arguing, it's a pain for me to go to another OPC, they know they have us over a barrel
