PDK Reset
Tried the reset, just to see if it made a difference and the dash kept telling me to Engage Park! A quick on/off seems to have resolved, but had the "oh no, what have I done" moment! Can't say I can detect any difference, but then perhaps my general driving experience doesn't cause it to bog down too much?

My 911 has the key less entry,I’m not a lover of it but it came with the 911,you can remove the key with instructions from the instruction book which is what I’ve done and now just use the normal ignition key now to start/ stop the engine as if it hadn’t got the keyless entry fitted, the normal key doesn’t get locked in the ignition like the keyless entry key does.

I have done this reset in my SD. After a period of lazy driving , i.e. keeping with the flow and chauffeur's hat on, and coasting in comfort mode with autostop enabled, I think the gearbox had learned to be lazy too. It also seemed to keep the gear too high making it a bit lumpy from low revs. The reset has definitely improved the response from low revs. The mid range (above 2K in a diesel) has always been great.
Have done it too, can’t say I really noticed any difference. Just hit 14k so plenty of driving done. Felt a bit silly doing it as it doesn’t make any logical sense?

I did a PDK reset the other day, I've been towing the trailer quite a bit recently and always find the gearbox gets a bit sluggish after a while. The reset makes a noticeable difference to my old diesel Macan.
I also treated it to 4 new Goodyear Eagle tyres, I thought after 3 years and 44000 miles it deserved them.
I used to put new tyres on my BMW every 17000 miles and don't drive the Macan any differently so delighted with the tyre wear.
