I reckon it'll be fine. My Turbo stood for about four weeks once and it fired up without a problem. I did get a 'low battery' message telling me to go for an extended drive. Didn't need any other excuses!

I left mine for three months once and it started fine. Now that the battery is older (3 years) I always attach my CTEK charger if it's going to be left for more that a week.
Cheers Guy, ill find out Monday if mine will start. It will be just short of 5 weeks since i last drove it. If it starts it will be given a good run and used all week as im off work.

As mentioned, CTEK is a must IMHO for any modern car as they all drain. As is a full fuel refill with something like BP Ultimate fuel. We tend to travel for in excess of a month for and have always used it to great effect - Touch Wood shame the brakes squeal so much though until it has had a good blast.

+1 for CTEK. Aldi do a cheap rip-off though not convinced it does the same job
I've extended the cable on the CTEK with a high quality cable by over 10m and it works a treat
