Porsche are saying to replace both on same axle (as other is down to almost 3mm) which I will be doing
So N1 on both rears
N0 v N1
There is a lot of information around about N rating of tyres. The three links below are suggested reading.

The manual for my 2020 GTS says:
Only fit tyres of the same make with the same type and specification number (e.g. "N...")
Before mounting new tyres, inquire about there current approval status: Contact your Porsche partner.
Do you happen to know the N rating of the tyres on the other axle? It may be that your OPC is recommending sticking with N0 to avoid having to change all four tyres.

I can’t remember and car is in the OPC right now.
Not sure I follow your logic though, you don’t need all 4 with same N rating just same axle.
So N0 on two fronts, and N1 on two rears is fine surely.
I just want to confirm that a Porsche approved N1 does not have a warranty issue - I don’t see why it should but wanted to 100% confirm here

I had this with my Boxster, and spoke to technical guy from Pirelli, who said it was fine to have different N ratings front & rear but never on the same axle.

Did you see if OPC would match or get close to the Black Circles price?

I had N2 front with N1 rear, no issues but they would flag it up on services. Now have N2 all round.
