air filter

hi guys, has anyone fitted a K&N filter to a 2015 3lts diesel?, with 40000 mile I think it is time for a new one, ready for the next 40.

would appreciate your experience in fitting and how it effects the car.

If it was me, I would leave the standard filter in place. I'm pretty sure that the development engineers have optimised filters for flow, noise etc. I'm not really a great believer in aftermarket accessories. I did all that in my 20s! (Long time ago...)
