I'm having problems setting up My Porsche. When I got the car back at the end of Sept I got the email from Porsche with a link to confirm the vehicle. This link didn't work though. I tried again with the customer service guy at my OPC when I had the tech masterclass. Again, the link didn't work. He was meant to be looking into it but still hasn't come back to me.

Has anyone else had this problem?... with setting up My Porsche, not customer services not getting back to you ;)

I guess no one else is having this problem? I'm surprised as there's been quite a few new owners recently.

What exactly am I missing out on?

Do you have the Connect services, like online navigation, map updates etc?

Not 100% sure...I thought you did all that through My Porsche? Can I check in the car to see if I've got connect services?

Not quite sure on facelift cars, but somewhere on, say, the Home screen you might see an icon that looks like two half arrows together pointing in opposite directions with 3G, 4G or LTE above. Also, in Apps, you would be able to find current local fuel prices, for example.

Thanks. It's not a facelift...I think I've seen something about connect apps in LTE

Ok, sounds like you have Connect, and still within the free or paid subscription period.

To sort your login details I suggest you give Porsche Connect Support a call on 08081685219.
