PSE valves?

Hi Guys
Having just purchased my 2016 turbo with a valve fault on the exhausts. In fair once I notice the valves not opening Imperial” cars Chertsey replaced the actual parts but it required Porsche Brooklands to code the actuator that’s was all done in the week but over the weekend I double checked and notice the near side flap just stays open all the time and the drivers side opens and closes when switched or in sports mode. This doesn’t seem correct surely both should open and close together ?

Any know for sure or could check for me before I go back again please

Called Porsche Brooklands and they confirmed one valve opens and closes on the mode switches the other is controlled by the management systems and may close when cruising gently etc etc but is normally open
