Am pretty sure it's common for Macan to request an annual oil change... regardless of driving standards.. I see that my low mileage Turbo PP had one with barely a few k miles at 1yr old.. and same happened to me barely one year after the intermediate service.. have a feeling the car is just programmed to request it based on time rather than driving style.. but that's just speculation

My March 2020 Macan Turbo flagged up an oil change after 15 months and 3,300 miles. It was an eye-watering £407 but that's Porsche ownership for you!

My August 2020 GTS has covered 2,800 miles. It's showing 16,600 miles (or June 2022) to next oil change. It never gets used for local trips. Mind you because of lockdown it went four months without being used at all!

I picked up my Macan GTS 2020 last month, and was told I should expect the oil service light to come on at 1000 miles, and I should bring it in for that! Anyone else been told that?

No. Mine is showing 13,500 m. to the 1st oil change in March 2022. Now doing mileage p.m. so expect that to push out to end of May 2022.
