Did the OPC not offer a loan car?

No, they did not have one available
Easy with hindsight, but if the car is “off the road” you are entitled to a mobility solution (Enterprise hire car) through Porsche Assist.
Thanks. I now have an Enterprise Q5 on its way tomorrow as it looks like my car needs a new gearbox.

Sorry to hear you still Macan-less.
Form my recent experience with a car problem covered under warranty, it does take time. I found that the garages need to consult with Porsche headquarters technicians what to do / replace and obtain their authority to order spares, etc.
Our stable:
- 991.2 Carrera S (2016) in Rhodium Silver with full Bordeaux leather interior
- 718 Cayman GTS (2018) in GT Silver with Crayon GTS interior
- ex: Macan S Diesel (MY2016), Macan Turbo (MY2017)

I’m now told I will get it back on Friday, so only two sleeps to go.
