Mine went in back in October for MOT, tyres and I forgot to restate that I didn't want it messed with, so they did an update related to 'emissions', if this is the one?
Only driven it twice since, seems ok in Sport, but possibly the gearbox seems a tad slower to change at low speeds? I need to explore it more to be convinced if it is a significant (or detrimental) change?

The only one that made a difference to driving was the update that put Sport into stand by if not driven really aggressively in the last 5 seconds. It did not affect my fuel consumption but was and continues to be a pain in the ass. There was one after that and I think that is the one you are referring to. I didn’t notice any effect.
