Newbie question ?
I've had my Gen 3 Macan S for about two weeks, the cooling fan always runs on for 3-5 minutes after turning the engine off , irrespective of how long the journey was, even a mile. Is this normal ??

Yes. Mine does it all the time, don’t spend a second worrying about it. 👍

I bet your previous cars did too but you never sat and read them a bedtime story so didn't notice!

It was pretty much the first thing I noticed about my Gen 3 Macan S!.... I've had BMW X3, MERC GLC, GLE, not noticed it before! especially on a 5 minute commute to the shops!. I park mine in the garage after every trip and you can't miss the noise of the cooling fan running when parked up in such an enclosed space.

Mine's always in the garage as well, read it stories all day. :)

If you hit the 'AUTO Rest' button on the centre console it'll blow through some warm air from the engine for 20 minutes after you've stopped to keep you toasty whilst you're waiting in the car with the engine off :)

My 2016 Diesel does the same, but ironically it does it more so in the winter time, when the outside temp is freezing. Work that one out.
