^ Similar. Was in the Blackwall Tunnel a while back and heard a pretty decent sound from behind. Much much nicer than the Macan with PSE.

Was an old Jag XKR convertible.

Seriously, if you have a modern turbo-charged Porsche, you generally want hide in embarrassment in case something old and non-turbo comes along.

The turbo itself does enough silencing for many.

With old diesels if the exhaust broke due to hitting a tree or similar we would replace the turbo silencers with straight pipe.

Substantially cheaper than a Ford silencer.

Think if one needs a group B rally car sound buy aftermarket exhausts/silencers otherwise PSE is all that's available like it or loathe it.

Certainly works for Me...

It isn't a classic flat six howling noise but a good compromise from standard

I don't like the flat 6 either though :) Too few cylinders. Wrong shape.

Best exhaust sound ever.

Following twenty guys on Harleys through a tunnel.

Beats anything for sound.

Rubbish to ride though.

Hope that tunnel was straight and well lit Col otherwise they'd never have made it to the end!

So true, I started to Observe one guy on a HD softail then decided it was a waste of his time as for 100% of the time he would have to go round a bend so slow a cyclist could overtake him

The tunnel was about a 1/4!mile long and we had ridden at three figures to catch the goup up as they passed us whilst we were filling up with fuel knowing that the tunnel was about 10 miles ahead of where we were.
