GTS exhaust baffles

Would I be right in assuming that the baffles on both sides of the exhaust system should open and close together? One of mine appears to be permanently open at the moment, regardless of the position of the exhaust setting, so assuming it's a fault rather than a feature.

I checked because it seemed louder than normal recently when in the 'off' position, obviously can only check when the car stationary with the engine running.

Off on holiday next week, but will get it checked by the OPC on my return unless all you GTS owners tell me yours do the same. Thanks in advance.

No, one side stays pemanently open (can't recall which side, sorry) There's a post somewhere with a copy of a tech bulletin (because someone asked the same question a while back...)

That will be the sports exhaust system one stays open I think on the side towards the outside of the car and the one towards the middle opens when your put the “make it sound better mode” on. Hope this helps
