If you come to a stop on an uphill gradient using the foot brake , turn off the ignition and release the foot brake ( forgetting to switch the parking brake on ) then the car will roll back and lock the PDK gearbox. I inadvertently did it a few times in my 981 Boxster and a couple of times in the Macan and I can tell you that it is a bugger to shift the PDK lever once it has locked.

Do you mean that you come to a halt and key-off with a gear still engaged (ie: with the selector lever in D or R, but not moved to P)??

In Park the car will still roll back a bit if parking brake switch not engaged which then makes it very hard to move the PDK lever to Drive.
