Hi,
I have the 2017 Macan Turbo, and i am planning to get a garage to change the oil filter and engine oil.
The side of the door, says that the engine oil to use is 0W-30, whilst i have been told 0W-40 is fine and also been told to use 0W-20.
So which is correct? I was planning to buy the following:-
from maxzon - does anyone able to advise me best place to buy the engine oil at best prices on-line?
Thanks
Appreciated.

The viscocity (the “0 / 40, “5 / 40” bit) only really matters in extreme temp conditions.
My top-up, dealer supplied, for my GTS is 0 / 40. What matters is the A40 approval, which Mobil 1 has.

one other question - Does it need an engine flush prior to oil change. Some tell me that engine flush is not good on the engines.

Engine flush is not necessary on modern, well maintained cars. Just make sure the engine is up to temp before you start draining.
(Edit, sorry, you’re having it done by the dealership. They will know this)

Just a warning for members with 2019 models cars onwards with PPF's and oil changes to low sulphur types with C type rather than A
