On 20/05/2020 XM performed an update to their system causing PCMs to reboot suddenly. This is currently only impacting 2010 to 2016 model years on the 911(2013-2016), Boxster(2013-2016), Cayman (2013-2016), Cayenne (2011-2016), Macan (2015-2016), and Panamera(2010-2016). This video covers the fix.
You will lose radio station, navigation, and phone settings performing this procedure. It will be brought back to factory settings and you will need to set everything back to your preference.

I may be wrong but I thought Sirius/XM is a satellite radio thing that is limited to the North American market? I think it's an extra board inside the PCM, hence doubt that it is fitted to UK spec Macans.
