I don’t have the tracker activated, both ‘cards’ are always in the car.
I changed the batteries once, but it seems pointless, now they have run out & I get a warning every time I start up.
Is there a way it can just be disconnected ?
Can’t find anything useful on the topic in the book of words in glovebox

Sounds like you need to disable Porsche Car Connect administered by Vodafone. Had the same in my car but it had (thankfully) expired

The supplying OPC must have set the system up, given that you have the fobs. You might have to take the car back to them to get them to deactivate it. Alternatively contact Vodaphone (0333 222 0799).
