Hi,
Although my rear camera is in perfect working order, the camera lens itself has corroded meaning the image quality is nothing short of useless.
Can the camera lens be replaced only or would the whole thing need changed?

Thanks

The camera lens is glass or plastic (I think)

Is your camera lens damaged?

The lens looks corroded, probably from salt and grit on the road.

Just noticed this post and had to comment. My reversing camera has always been poor right from new. I just supposed that was normal. Is it?

No, I've always been amazed how such a small lens in that position gives so good an image.

Mine's the same. Presumably replacing it with an eBay cheapo camera wouldn't work with the guidance lines shown on the screen?
