Vodafone tracker problems today?

It's rare that my car is out of my garage (where it's a mobile phone signal blackspot) but all day, the tracker app has been unable to reach my car, or say where it was.

Even when I was sitting in the car (so I knew it wasn't stolen), it couldn't find it.

Just sits there with this:

Diagnostics show inability to contact car.

At one point the app said it couldn't contact the PCC server, so I wonder if they're having troubles again.

Just checked, mine's fine (although I've only got the base base free version - maybe it's the paid for bit that's broken

)

No issues up north and I'm with EE as well. Might be worth checking it's not a local carrier problem ?

All fine in the Far East (I.e. East Anglia) although broadband has been a bit flakey today.

Have you tried rebooting your app / phone?

Mine all ok. It did take a little while longer than normal though.

App yes, but the app seems fine and the diagnostics in the app show no connection between the control centre and car.

The car is currently overnighting at Porsche East London, but it wasn't detectable in the carpark before I handed it over. Will check with them when I collect car tomorrow.
