I install it and give it a try every few months.
Each time, it's a bigger shock to the system in terms of privacy violation, poor routing decisions, gamification and utility.

I know people think it's great, but then people think X Factor and Love Island are great too.

For some reason it’s failing to do routes to Scotland at the moment. Local routes are ok though.

I have been using Waze without problems up until recently, but have also had a few problems with longer journeys in the last couple of days. I thought perhaps it was iOS12 related, but could the failure to find longer routes be something to do with lack of capacity in the servers as more people start using it? Waze couldn't find me a way home from Goodwood last night - even had to resort to the Porsche (PCM3.1) system and its 2015 map database!

Expand to the unitiated if you don't mind. They are broad statements.

Plenty of people have gone into detail on the App Store review section, so perhaps have a look there.

Maybe what I think is bad, you do not.

Perhaps you don’t think oversharing personal information is a bad thing. Or seeing adverts on your navigation screen. Or detours that demonstrably are bad. Or routes between roads that are not physically connected. Or failure to provide a route if it can’t contact the partner sharing service. Or continuing to track your precise location when you’re not using it. Or increased battery usage (combo of location tracking, ad traffic, etc).

I know many people like all these things, or at least tolerate them.

I don’t.

Is that ok, or do you need more?
